Increasingly hostile North Wales claim South Wales is ‘within striking range’

North Wales has isolated itself further this week by ominously announcing that South Wales is ‘within striking range’, we can reveal.

Funding cuts from the National Assembly has left the North ‘cut off’ from the rest of the nation, and many in the South fear they could be targeted by the increasingly hostile region.

“I’ve Googled Denbigh, they look nuts up there”, said concerned South Walian, Rhys Jones. “It’s not quite on the same scale as the North and South Korea saga, but they are allied with the Wirral, which is quite worrying”.

North Wales has said that a strike on the South is ‘possible’ if they continue to face unfair funding cuts, and will begin starting on a nuclear weapons programme just as soon as they’ve worked out how to run a moderately reliable bus service.
